Then there were four...

So, quite some time ago I decided that I wanted to start a blog. I do the facebook thing, I used to do the myspace thing but neither of these two really allows me to express my feelings or leave a true record for my family. In the last few years I have had so many exciting, life changing moments that should have and did inspire me to blog but for one reason or another, I didn’t. Well, I’ve decided to put a stop to that! I have to much to be happy and thankful for to keep it all in. I can't wait to share my feelings with family and friends and most importantly, I want Sophie and my next little one to have a record of how much their Mommy and Daddy love them and how we think the world of them and feel so LUCKY to have been chosen for this incredible job. Hence, the unveiling of my new blog.

We are so thrilled to announce that our family is growing yet again! So, what better time to start blogging then now? Although, I am announcing this quite early in the pregnancy and it go against my initial feelings about waiting until the end of the first trimester… I thought, if I don’t hurry up and start this blog, Jimmy and my family will get to everyone before I can. Meaning, I’d have one less creative idea to start a blog and one less surprise to plan {and I LOVE to plan surprises}. So, there you have it. SURPRISE, WE ARE PREGNANT and SOOOOOOOO EXCITED!!!

For those of you who knew we were trying {I tried to keep that a secret too but Jimmy couldn’t contain himself and word got out to several}, thank you for your prayers and for keeping your fingers crossed for us. It took us a little longer than we expected, so naturally we were getting a little worried but faith remained in my heart. Luckily, God has blessed us with this amazing little miracle that we just can’t wait to meet!

Here’s how I shared the news with Jimmy and Sophie. Sophie of course was and is still oblivious but we are so sure she is going to be an Amazing BIG SISTER. She’s so full of love and is such a happy little girl, its infectious! We can’t wait to see her reaction when she meets her new sibling. That new brother or sister is going to be one lucky baby!!
